Shift 1 ā From strategy to identity
You cannot out-market a misaligned identity. When your brand is a performance of who you think you should be, people feel it ā they can't always name it, but they feel it. The brands people are obsessed with feel like someone. Stop asking what your audience wants to see and start asking what is true for you that your audience needs to hear.
Shift 2 ā From visibility to safety
Most women don't have a visibility problem. They have a nervous system that doesn't feel safe being fully seen. You can have the content calendar, the clear offer, the strategy ā and still find yourself not posting, or showing up at 80% of who you actually are. EFT tapping works directly with the nervous system to update that belief at the source. When visibility feels safe, you stop waiting to feel ready. You just show up.
Shift 3 ā From consistency to conviction
