Well, yes, I'm out. And, I guess went back to probably 2018 and I was in a real dire straits. It was just I'm a teacher, so I was in the school system. I was working with support needs and children, and I was really on the edge of not being able to work at all.

I was almost off completely on disability, so at that point I was desperate and I couldn't, you know, my body was failing. I had so many health issues, not just one, several. And I needed really badly to be able to either quit work,

Yeah, I was really bad. I couldn't move, I couldn't get out of my bed. My husband had to help me. It was like I was really not in a good way. So I was working with oils, essential oils and the friend that I had, yeah, in oils recommended me to Tarping and I first met, Laura Parkinson, who is also a very close friend of Oliver's, and through her I met you and became like because I was like, spot on.

I wanted to be able to just change my current, health so much that I could see in my vision that so much so that I had a vision board on my living room wall the whole entire world for three years, and it was all about how, you know, my health, what I wanted to be able to do, where I wanted to be able to go.

I wanted to be able to live in Central America and have a house on the beach or in the country. That was kind of a Tosa. My husband's from Nicaragua was so, I wanted that. And where we were financially was not quite to do it as well as my health. I couldn't travel, I couldn't go anywhere, I couldn't do anything.

I'm, I'm doing meditation and journaling and all the pieces that fit together. And it changed my life. It changed my whole perspective of who I was. I took my inner child and inner person and co-created my life to where it is now. The national bird is just gorgeous here in Nicaragua, there were cows that were moving across the old fashioned way, like 70 years ago, the way my father would have an oxen cart, two oxen in a cart that passed by me like just it was so enriching and culture that I just love, love it here.

There's so many pieces that I needed to work on myself. So any of those, if you give them a feeling, an emotion or even a color while you're tapping, your body will respond in a way that's going to, move you forward. And it might be little steps at first, but it will be moving you forward. So that's my first tip.

Second tip would be, even though, you know, people like me who are barely coping, if you have this health issue or pain, for a long time, you, you can try these techniques of topping and there's several that Jackie will be doing and I do, that ultimately they heal your body naturally. I needed to be able to take my health care in control on my own to be self empowered. But not only that, it wasn't working for me. All the meds I was on was not working.
